On behalf of the entire NOZA team we are
thrilled to post our inaugural Announced Gift Alerts weekly listing. If
you would like to receive a free weekly email containing the most
recent announced gifts from NOZA, please sign up at https://www.nozasearch.com/announced.asp .
NOZA is scanning millions of web
pages daily looking for newly announced major gifts and pledges to
nonprofit organizations, and our free weekly email will contain a
handful of those donations that our editorial staff have selected as
newsworthy (paid subscribers to the NOZASEARCH.COM webservice can access the
comprehensive listing). While most of the donations included in the
weekly email will be 7-figure gifts, we will also be including smaller
donations if they are "transformational" donations to the particular
charities that have received them, or if they are newsworthy for other
reasons - for example, in this first edition, we have included the
charities that President Obama chose as the recipients of his Nobel
Prize award money.
