$40 Discount: Prospect Research On a Dime (Mar. 25)

NOZA
is happy to highlight educational opportunities for both accidental and expert prospect researchers.   On March 25 in Albuquerque, NM, you have the opportunity to learn from an expert in a ½ day workshop.  Do you know how to better understand your major gift prospects and their giving capacity through focused research?  Do you need an affordable donor research program?

This workshop is taught by an expert fundraising consultant and NOZA customer, Margaret King. King is president of InfoRich Group, a management-consulting firm.  “I’m a researcher, a fundraiser, a strategist” writes Ms. King in a recent case study: Research: A Strategy for raising $1 Million.”

This workshop is designed to help you learn:

  • Why research is important to fundraising
  • How to calculate giving capacity
  • How to build a simple donor profile
  • Free and inexpensive tools to get your donor research program started
  • Ways to focus your search and not get lost on the Internet Super Highway

In addition to prospecting and raising millions of dollars for her clients, Ms. King teaches nonprofit management courses at graduate and undergraduate levels and is an instructor for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Greater Philadelphia Chapter.

Special $40 discounts are available for NOZA customers, AIIP, AFP and APRA members.   For more details and to register click here.   To support the nonprofits in the workshop, NOZA is donating a Free 3-day Research Pass so all attendees can try hands-on research on behalf of their own organization following the workshop.  Easily include the philanthropic history of individuals, corporations and foundations in your donor research program.  Foundation grant data and 990-PF tax records are free.

Can’t travel to Albuquerque for this workshop?   Contact us and we will invite you to the online webinar where Margaret will present some insider tips.  The webinar will include a live NOZA demo and Free 3-day Research Pass for nonprofits across the U.S.   Advance registration coming in April.
