New- NOZA’s Tips & Tricks Tuesdays

Hello, fundraisers! I am excited to introduce a new blog series and NOZA Training opportunity. Every Tuesday morning, I will blog about a frequently asked question or a special tip about a valuable NOZA feature. Then, at 10am (Pacific Time) I will hold a special NOZA training on GoToMeeting for the first 20 nonprofits who sign up. Those first 20 nonprofit attendees will receive a free NOZA live webinar training, 50 NOZA credits- good for one week, and a special discount on a NOZA credit package (for you and a friend!)

Next week, I will kick-off the first NOZA Training Tuesday. To sign up, email me at support@nozasearch.com. Once I receive the first 15 participants, I will schedule the GoToMeeting and email you the details. If you were not one of the first 15, I will put you on the top of the list for the next week’s training and email you details.

So, email me now to sign up for next week! There will be lots of great information and valuable search tips included.

This Tuesday’s first NOZA Tip: NOZA Folders.

Did you realize that if you have an account, NOZA automatically saves all your searches for you with a time and date stamp, and you can retrieve previous searches in the drop-down menu at the top of your screen? This is a great tool and allows you to re-open search results for all of your previous searches without having to replicate the search.

You can also rename your folders. For example, if you are doing a search for Bill Gates and you return 100 results, you can click the link at the top left-hand corner of your search results that says "rename folder" and name your search "Bill Gates." This way, when you go back into the drop-down folder menu, you can retrieve that search easily. You can do a separate search, for example, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and move those records into your already-created Bill Gates folder, by clicking the "move to folder" link at the top of your search results.

If you need more clarification on the NOZA folder feature, check out our NOZA video tutorial or email me at contact us.
